1. Warranty & Replacements

• Warranty mostly depends on the product itself
• For all products the warranty is about 30 days after purchase, we deserve the right to deny any replacement or refund if the purchase is older than the warranty.
• We reserve the right to deny any replacement if no positive vouch has been made before
• We reserve the right to deny any replacement or refund if no valid proof like an recording has been provided for the issue.

2. Delivery

• Almost all of our products are delivered instantly & automaticly.
• Some services (example: Discord Server Boosts) may not be instant and need to be completed inside our discord in a ticket. We may take up to 7 Days depending on volume and availbility.
• Please provide valid & accurate information (example: Discord Server Boosts; server link). We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect input.

3. Refund Policy

• All sales are final. We do not provide or offer refunds unless the product/service is non-functional and cannot be delivered or replaced as described.

• Use of services is at your own risk. We are not responsible for bans, restrictions or actions issued by the platform.
