- Third-party platform bans or restrictions

- Platform changes
- Executor problems
- Device/environment issues
- Expired products
- Customer-side mistakes
Valid proof is required for warranty claims.
This can include:
- Screenshots
- Videos
- Error messages
- Order information
Without sufficient proof, a warranty claim may be denied.

5. Dark X Scripts & Keys
Dark X Scripts and Keys provide a limited digital license.
Purchasing a key does not grant ownership of:
- Source code
- Infrastructure
- APIs
- Website systems
- Security systems
- Internal technology
Keys are personal and may not be:
- Shared
- Sold
- Leaked
- Distributed
- Transferred
Unauthorized sharing, resale, leaking, or abuse may result in immediate access removal without refund.

6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final after delivery or access has been provided.
Refunds may only be considered if:
- Payment was completed but the product was never delivered
- The product cannot be provided
- A valid warranty claim cannot be solved through replacement/support
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Not wanting the product anymore
- Customer-side compatibility issues
- Failure to read product information
7. Replacement Policy
If a product qualifies for warranty replacement, Dark X Shop may provide:

- Alternative solution
Replacement decisions are based on the provided evidence and product conditions.
Abuse of replacements or false claims may result in denied support.

- Netflix
- Roblox
- Emergency Hamburg
- Spotify
- Steam
- Any other mentioned platform or company
Third-party names are used only for identification purposes.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party changes
- Platform bans
- Account restrictions
- Service termination
- External outages
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Abuse our services
- Attempt fraud
- Exploit payment systems
- Attack our infrastructure
- Reverse engineer protected products
- Distribute purchased products without permission
Violations may result in permanent loss of access.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, customers must contact Dark X Shop support and allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims may result in:
